Topnotch Lounge Care® is a locally owned and operated business servicing Melbourne. We started in S.E Queensland over 12 years ago offering on-site leather care including leather cleaning and protection along with recliner repair solutions for most recliners as well as fabric protection for furniture.

Celebrating 15 years

Back in 2007, Tim saw an opportunity while selling furniture for Plush. With his accreditation in leather from BLC, Tim started his business cleaning and conditioning leather couches which then grew into fixing recliners including lift chairs.

How often you need our leather Sofa cleaning service can depend on the amount of day-to-day use or if your leather lounge is consistently subjected to air-conditioning or heaters as these can dry your leather out too. Drying the leather out will lead it to cracking. Grime build up including perspiration, body oils and sunscreens are some other factors that determine how often your leather furniture should be cleaned and conditioned. Failing to remove these contaminants regularly can cause your leather to break down and rot.

Topnotch Lounge Care® has the knowledge, experience and correct solutions when it comes to leather care. We've developed and use a mild solution, CouchGuard® Deep Leather Cleaner, to gently remove soil and grime build up stains from your leather. We gently agitate the solution with a soft brush then wipe clean with a white cotton towel. This process is continued until the leather is grime free. Your leather sofa is then vacuumed to remove any food, dirt or dust that may be between or under the cushions. A leather conditioning cream is then massaged into the leather to help keep its supple feel and appearance.
